IOV2055, Web 3 Gaming Council Appreciation Night (MY)

3rd October 2024

IOV2055 is an initiative by BlockOn and Blocklime to develop a new thought leadership-based event series and community. Here, we can jointly shape the future of the internet while preserving humanistic values. It serves as a platform for technology stakeholders to debate new ideas, keeping purpose and values at the forefront.

The newest Web3 Gaming Council set up by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and EMERGE Group was unveiled at the IOV2055 Symposium held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 3rd October 2024.

EMERGE Group was appointed as the Official Event Partner and Ecosystem Partner for MDEC's inaugural Web3 Gaming Council - in charge of overall strategy and partner identifcation and selection, event management and execution, and continual support and review of the council as a fellow member.

Additionally, EMERGE Group hosted the Web 3 Gaming Counsil - Partners Appreciation & Celebration Night on the same night, which saw almost 120 registrants, and 60 attendees at this event aimed at exposing council representatives to EMERGE's broader ecosystem, and representives from IOV2055 and MDEC.

A last shoutout to to Datuk Ts. Fadzli Abdul Wahit for gracing the revelation of the council and supporting this new initiative.
