is one of the most popular luxurious internet cafes in Singapore! Since July 2023, DIFY has been managing their social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Our responsibilities included creating monthly content strategies, filming and editing engaging videos, and providing in-depth performance reports to optimize content. Additionally, we played a pivotal role in ushering in an exciting new chapter for Elixir Esports by strategizing and executing the successful promotion of their outlet launches at Lavender, Beauty World and Holland Village.

Our approach centered on organic marketing to build online brand awareness and drive calls-to-action (CTA) that directed customers to their outlets. Through a combination of strategic content planning and detailed performance analysis, we significantly enhanced Elixir Esports’ social media presence. Key milestones included the launch of two flagship outlets and the achievement of impressive growth metrics, such as 566,000 total views, 386,000 reach, 215,000 profile visits, and 50,000 total engagements.

The Lavender outlet’s promotion was bolstered by extensive media coverage, including features in One Esports (2.15M reach), Bandwagon Asia (402K reach), and Sethlui (703K reach). In total, the campaign achieved a staggering reach of over 7.5 million. For the Holland Village outlet, we secured coverage in platforms like Confirm Good (205K reach), Great New Places (131K reach), and Scribbling Geek, which further amplified the brand’s visibility and appeal to gaming enthusiasts.

DIFY’s detailed reporting and adaptive strategies ensured measurable success at every step. These efforts have established Elixir Esports as a leader in the competitive gaming space in Singapore, engaging a growing audience and setting the stage for future milestones.
